Our designer will contact you once we have received the order.
You will receive an email from us asking for pictures of your pet (front, back, sitting pose) and questions.
It will help us in designing your pet exactly how you want it to be. If you have any additional requests, this is the time to do it. The design phase can take up to 2 weeks once all the information is gathered.
Questions:
Color of your pet. (There are certain colors Lego does not make, we will match it as closely as possible)
Specific markings on your pet to be included in the model.
Color of the collar if you want them wearing one.
We will finalize the design with your approval before producing the final product. Once it is finalized, there will be no refunds.
It will take between 6 to 8 weeks for final product delivery once design is approved.
